Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern watchdrift.help and the Watchdrift monitoring service operated by ISAAC STRATOSYS SOFTWARE LLC. By purchasing or using Watchdrift, you agree to these terms.

Service

Watchdrift monitors selected public web pages and reports changes according to the account's monitoring settings and purchased credit pack. The service depends on internet access, third-party sites, and infrastructure that can change or fail.

Accounts

You must use a valid checkout email, keep account credentials secure, and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and API key.

Credits

Credits are prepaid usage units. One successful page check uses one credit. Network failures and target HTTP errors are refunded under the service's automatic credit-return policy. Credits are not cash, cannot be transferred without authorization, and remain subject to account and fraud controls.

Acceptable use

You must comply with the Acceptable Use and Monitoring Policy. You may not bypass authentication, CAPTCHAs, paywalls, bot protection, or access controls, or use Watchdrift to break the law, infringe rights, stalk, harass, or collect private data.

Third-party sites

Watchdrift does not control monitored sites. You are responsible for ensuring that your monitoring activity complies with applicable terms, law, and contractual obligations. A target may block automated requests or change its structure.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, modify, limit, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We aim to provide advance notice of material changes that adversely affect a paid pack when practical.

Digital delivery

Account access and credits are delivered electronically after Shopify payment. The customer is responsible for receiving email at the checkout address.

Disclaimers

Watchdrift is a monitoring and alerting tool. It does not provide legal, regulatory, financial, procurement, investment, or compliance advice. Alerts may be delayed, filtered out, or affected by third-party changes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ISAAC STRATOSYS SOFTWARE LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
