This Privacy Policy explains how ISAAC STRATOSYS SOFTWARE LLC ("Watchdrift", "we", or "us") handles personal information when you visit watchdrift.help, purchase monitoring credits, create an account, or use the Watchdrift service.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, account settings, billing contact details, notification settings, and communications with support. Shopify processes payment and order information on our behalf. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Monitoring data

When you create a monitor, we store the public URL, extraction and filter settings, account identifiers, check timestamps, technical response data, snapshots, and line-level changes needed to provide the service. Do not submit private, confidential, or personal information to Watchdrift.

How we use information

  • Create and manage accounts and credit balances.
  • Perform checks and send requested alerts.
  • Process support, billing, refund, security, and compliance requests.
  • Diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and improve service reliability.

Service providers

We use service providers for hosting, databases, email, payments, analytics, and security. These providers process information under their own terms and, where required, contractual protections.

Retention

Account data is retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for records, security, taxes, and legal compliance. Monitoring history is retained according to the active pack's history window and operational backup periods.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Protect access to your checkout email and API credentials.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting info@watchdrift.help. Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or dispute purposes.

International processing

Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms available through our providers.
